Avalability and booking

 The form allows you to book online.

The cost of your stay is displayed and allows you to record your reservation.


Rates from 01/01/2024 to 01/01/2024

Rental all year round.

 Stays of 2 days minimum,

350€ to 490€ per week, all charges (water, electricity, internet) and heating included.

From October to February, monthly rent possible.
Deposit : 200,00 €.

Please contact me for your reservations and for any special request (short or long term).

A tourist tax of 0.75€/night/adult is collected on the spot and paid to the Community of Communes Mellois en Poitou, to promote tourism and hospitality.

Cleaning at the end of the stay on request: 50,00 € per stay
The first "breakfast" shopping: 6,00 € per person (bread, hot drinks, apple juice, butter, jam, fruits, yoghurts)
